Each player, at this stage of their development, will be assessed thoroughly to determine their strengths and weaknesses. Coaches will designed a workplan that integrates technical, physical and tactical work based on player strengths and weaknesses.  

Each training session include a 5v5 game to enhance soccer intelligence and perception.  No previous soccer experience is required. Every individual involved in pupil soccer development must subscribe to the same principle of development.  

We placed a great value on coaches message, and the narrative of parents to the pupil; information ought to be consistent.  In this context, parents are to be informed about coaching objectives and narratives, and are expected to pull in the same direction as the coaches.
