Playing is a verb, not a noun. This is why we have a playing experience that puts the enhancement of each player experience at the core.

Our playing environments are design to bring youth together to talk, play and learn, prioritizing care and wellbeing at a systemic not surface level.

Play

We design responsive coaching that support and embrace the physical, emotional, and psychological wants and needs of our players.

Growth

Player to coach ratio is 5:1. We delight in a learning experience that elevate the small and important moments of a player development.

Co-Learning Space

We believe that student improve their creative skills and abilities in flexible spaces that support play and co-creation. So we have more player involvement in the design of practice sessions.

Player Ownership / Flexibility

We have a clear balance between playing autonomy and coaches instructions our sessions are design to engage and motivate, so all players can achieve their soccer playing potential

Bringing People Together

Kizen was created to bring players and their parents together to enjoy the beautiful game of soccer. This value remains a core part of our overall objective and purpose.

Systemic Wellbeing

We believe that soccer can serve as a difference for a kid who thrives in school and at home. Yet far too many kids don’t have access to soccer academies and coaching. Our objective at Kizen is to change that and make sure that all kids have access to soccer, quality coaches, and a soccer-playing environment.
